Our LJRA President will be giving a presentation on the Little Juniata River and the role LJRA has played in protecting and improving our wonderful river. The place is the Blair Co. Convention Center on Saturday, February 28th. Bill will also demonstrate how he ties his CET (Crippled Emerger Transformer)mayflies. His new book, “Trout Boomer and the Little J” will be available at the presentation.
